OLIVE PATE, GREEK STYLE

This is a delightful cocktail party nibble best served with good crackers or fresh bread.

OLIVE PATE, GREEK STYLE

 

2 cups pitted black Greek olives

½ cup chopped fresh parsley

2 anchovy filets

2 Tbs. olive oil

4 tsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried

1 Tbs. capers

2 tsp. caper juice

1 small clove garlic, minced

 

Mix in food processor.  Refrigerate covered 24 hours.
