Follow-Up to An Alternative Approach

At this very moment Kevin Donihe of Eraserhead Press has my 17,000+ word novella at his disposal for consideration of publication.  Stylistically, it is a direction I have not gone in before (hence the indication of an alternative approach.)

On the wee bit slightest off-chance that he says he likes it and will publish it and in anticipation of the potential question “What else have you got along these lines?”, I’ve initiated an outline for another novella, similar in theme but using second person narrative instead.  A challenge to say the least but a worthy one.

Be that as it may, we are getting ahead of ourselves.  First things first.  (Actually that’s already done because he wanted to read it.)  Okay, then, second thing…

We’ll wait to see what happens.

This might “force” me into other genres. shaking up the comfort zone might be the trick to expanding and growing as a writer.
